February 2nd is Groundhogs Day. Phil will leave his burrow at 7:20 at Gobblers Knob in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania and observe the weather conditions. He will look for his shadow and make the prediction for the remainder of winter.Will he see his shadow this year? The residents will be betting on the outcome Monday through Wednesday to win prizes the day of the big event.
