Praise in the Morning!

On Sunday, September 25th, the residents of Village Manor had a morning filled with music. The praise group Echos of Happiness came to delight the residents with their versions of popular praise and worship songs. The group is comprised or couples and friends from all over the state.

Senior Spelling Bee!

On Wednesday, September 21st, Village Manor hosted the 3rd Annual Livingston County Senior Spelling Bee. Teams were comprised of members from Abbey Park at Mill River, Howell Senior Center and residents of Village Manor. Congratulations to the winner, Mrs. Lois Watson, of Abbey Park at Mill River and all that participated. The competition was great and all that attended had a wonderful time.

Ask Annie Nurse and Comedian!



Saturday, September 17th, some of the residents of Village Manor joined Annie the Nurse and Comedian in the lobby for questions and answers and a lot of laughs. Annie disscussed different topics, such as how the weather changing can affect your health.

Veterans Ceremony

On Wednesday, September 7th, the residents of Village Manor were invited to attend a ceremony honoring veterans. The ceremony was presented by Phill from AMVET Post 2006, with the assistance of his dog Cody.


Veterans were presented with a medal of appreciation for their service.

Luau at Village Manor!

On Saturday September 3rd, in celebration of the holiday weekend, the residents enjoyed the musical styling's of Will and Minday.

The husband and wife duo sang some traditional Hawaiian music and pop classics. Mindy also entertained the residents with traditional hula dancing.

Both residents and staff participated in the fun!
